3.Set the upper limit of the electronic negative pressure gauge to -50 and the lower limit to -70 (set before leaving the factory, do not set it randomly, if it is necessary to set the upper limit negative value to be greater than the lower limit negative value). When the red light on the running surface is on during operation, the red light on the output surface is considered normal. |

4. Turn on the vacuum pump switch in the electrical control box to test the forward and reverse rotation of the vacuum pump. After confirming the forward rotation, it will operate normally. When it reaches the upper limit, it will automatically turn off, and when it reaches the lower limit, it will automatically turn on. 5. The release valve releases air during exhaust, and the discharge port can only be opened when the exhaust is zero. At this time, the vacuum suction light is off and the exhaust light is on. 6. Turn on the pneumatic switch of the suction gun and try by hand to see if there is suction. If there is no suction, adjust the oil filter pressure gauge until the suction is normal and within approximately 0.6 MPa. 7. Adjust the outlet hole of the moisture filter between the tank body and the vacuum machine to normal (with the small hole vertically up and down), and keep it open. If there is too much moisture and miscellaneous matters after use for a period of time, please manually drain the water. |
