Bubble cleaning machine

Bubble washing machines (bubble/tumbling washing machines) are core pre-treatment equipment in food processing. They utilize bubble aeration, high-pressure spraying, and water circulation filtration to perform deep, non-destructive cleaning of fruits, vegetables, aquatic products, and medicinal herbs. They are widely used in central kitchens, pre-prepared food processing plants, and fresh food distribution centers.
I. Working Principle
• Bubble Aeration (Core): Air is injected into the aeration discs/pipes at the bottom of the tank by a high-pressure blower, forming a large number of 0.1–2mm microbubbles. As they rise, they create a micro-explosion effect (cavitation), stripping away mud, pesticide residues, and insect eggs, while simultaneously tumbling the materials for comprehensive cleaning.
• High-Pressure Spraying: A 0.3–0.5MPa water curtain sprays at the discharge end, secondary rinsing to remove residue from crevices.
• Circulating Filtration: A three-stage filtration process—coarse filtration → fine filtration → activated carbon filtration—achieves a water reuse rate of 85%–90%, saving water and preventing secondary pollution.
II. Main Structure
• Tank: Food-grade 304/316L stainless steel, single tank or multiple tanks connected in series (for coarse washing/fine washing/rinsing).
• Aeration System: High-pressure blower + aeration discs/pipes, uniform gas production.
• Conveying System: Stainless steel mesh belt/scraper, frequency conversion speed regulation, continuous discharge.
• Control System: PLC + touch screen, adjustable bubble volume, spray pressure, speed, and water temperature; optional ozone sterilization.

High-pressure air pump

Made of high-quality stainless steel, the machine features a durable structure, excellent corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning. The circulation water system helps maintain stable cleaning performance and improves water utilization efficiency.A high-efficiency air pump generates a large volume of bubbles from the bottom, which, combined with high-pressure spraying, effectively removes dirt from the surface of the material.

Stainless steel chain plate

Materials are conveyed forward on a perforated chain-link belt, undergoing a dual-action cleaning process that combines vigorous bottom-up air bubbling and agitation with high-pressure overhead spraying to efficiently remove soil, sand, and debris from the surface of fruits and vegetables. The perforated design of the chain belt allows wastewater to drain rapidly, minimizing the risk of re-contamination. Additionally, the spray nozzles are designed for easy removal and reinstallation, facilitating routine cleaning and maintenance in compliance with food hygiene standards; the system is suitable for the batch washing of a wide variety of fruits and vegetables.
