The unit consists of a swirl cleaning machine and a vibrating dewatering device. The swirl tank is made from stainless steel plates rolled into shape. Spray pipes are installed at the inlet and on both sides of the tank, supplied with water by a high-pressure pump. Under the action of the spray water, the water inside the tank forms a swirling state. The material rotates forward under the effect of the water flow, completing the cleaning process. The material is then conveyed to the vibrating dewatering device. The water flows through the holes in the vibrating screen and into the bottom water tank, completing the entire water circulation loop. The material is then transported to the next process through vibration, marking one cycle of operation for this device. |
