This frying oil filter machine consists of a filtering chamber, an oil pump, and an electrical control device. The filter top cover is equipped with a ventilation valve. There are three filtering layers in the filtering chamber, consisting of a filter screen, oil guide ring, partition ring, pressure screen frame, filter paper, gasket, etc., which are respectively fitted on the central pipe valve and locked by two fastening nuts of different sizes, forming a parallel filtering system for the three filtering layers to independently filter frying oil at the same time. |

The oil pump has a flow rate of 63 liters per minute, an average oil filtration rate of 30 liters per minute, a discharge pressure of 0.5 MPa, an electric motor power of 1.5 kilowatts, and a speed of 1420 revolutions per minute. This machine uses a 380V three-phase 50Hz power supply. The top cover of the filter is equipped with a vacuum gauge, which displays the vacuum level inside the filter chamber. The filter machine box is equipped with a vacuum digital display to display the vacuum degree between the filter chamber and the oil pump inlet, objectively reflecting the blockage of the filter layer. The more severe the blockage, the higher the vacuum level. This vacuum digital display is also used to set the vacuum level allowed by the user. When reaching or exceeding this vacuum level, an alarm signal can be issued and the machine will automatically shut down. |
